Drum, Chant & Journey Every Wednesday A full evening of drum, chant, meditation and journeying. Beginning djembe, doumbek, frame drums. African Polyrhythms. Positively no experience necessary! We will discover spirit journeying with the drum and rattle, guided meditation, crystal bowl meditation, spirit singing. | So often we find
ourselves with too much to do, and just too little time; we feel a
need to be super-humans, and then feel guilt that we can't do it all.
Sometimes our bodies, minds and spirits cannot keep up with the burdens
of our lives! We get tied up in stress, anxiety and a feeling of being
overwhelmed. If we don't recognize this burden, our bodies may manifest
this overload in forms of bad health, depression, or a general feeling
of dis-ease. Take time for rejuvenation of body, mind and spirit; step away from everyday drudgery in a calming, peaceful environment. Every Wednesday from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm, Rebekah Benner director of Terra Amma Grove - The Healing Journey, will lead you in a multi-faceted evening of gently guided meditations, inspirational breath work, crystal bowl sound vibrational healing, shamanic drumming journeys and an instructional drum circle. You will be introduced to different healing and meditation modalities so that you may discover what method resonates within you and would be of help in your life and on your Path. |

| It is time to take a step forward! My own personal healing is ongoing, and part of this arduous path has been to open myself up to the gifts I've been given by Spirit. For many years I have been a confidante, teacher, and Spiritual guide to many people through many walks of life; my certification is in modalities of meditation, Grief Recovery, Advanced Healthcare Ministry, Small Group Ministry and many leadership programs beginning when I was in my first career with the YMCA-YWCA as Aquatic/Progam Director, working with children, teens in leadership and values clarification programs. I have studied Earth-Centered Spirituality for over 35 years, am an ordained and licensed minister in this Path and have officiated at many weddings and memorial services. My office will be open in the evenings and weekends and I will be available for consultations in Grief Recovery, Spiritual Guidance or to help you find a personal path for meditation using crystal bowls, guided meditation, shamanic drumming, or developing your own personal mantra.
